Advise programs as SME, mentor junior engineers, support proposals and business development, and engage customers, suppliers, and leadership to translate requirements into deployable solutions.

Identify and recruit candidates for a wide range of manufacturing and operations engineering roles (manufacturing, integration, test, materials/process, propulsion, additive manufacturing, electrical, thermal, cable & harness).
