Lead technical strategy and architecture for data-centric solutions across programs. Oversee data acquisition, harmonization, processing, storage, analysis, dissemination, and product lifecycle. Serve as technical lead/Product Owner, define enterprise data standards, decompose backlogs, prioritize features, advise leadership on analytics opportunities, and ensure mission-focused delivery within high-clearance environments.

Design and execute system-level integration and test activities: translate requirements into test solutions, develop test plans/procedures/schedules, create qualification strategies, automate test scripts, coordinate integrated testing, evaluate test requirements, perform system-level technical analyses, and analyze navigation/mission computer data (MATLAB).

Design and review high-reliability PCBs for aerospace/space programs using Mentor Xpedition. Lead and manage lab, ground, and flight test programs: plan, staff, execute, and report tests; manage schedules, risks, aircraft test modifications, and resource forecasts; coordinate across engineering sites and provide program leadership and test team guidance.

Lead systems safety engineering activities per MIL-STD-882 and software safety guidance (JSSSEH/DO-178/DO-254). Prepare PHAs, FHAs, SHAs/SSHAs, fault trees, FMECA/FMEA, and software safety analyses. Develop and approve safety requirements and artifacts, track hazards, propose mitigations, and communicate status to program leads. Support certification and safety integration across system lifecycle.

Lead systems safety engineering efforts using MIL-STD-882 and software safety standards (DO-178/DO-254/JSSSEH). Track hazards, develop and approve safety requirements/artifacts, and drive safety into system design. Communicate status to program leads and support certification activities. Onsite role requiring U.S. citizenship and Secret clearance eligibility.

Manage strategy, planning, and execution of material and subcontract content for programs. Oversee budgets, forecasts, supplier performance, risk mitigation, BOEs, SOWs, and cross-functional coordination to meet schedule and cost targets.

Support end-to-end obsolescence management and logistics engineering across program lifecycle. Perform DMSMS analysis, generate health reports, coordinate mitigation, and provide technical support to Integrated Product Teams to ensure sustainment and product continuity.

Lead and manage all facets of lab, ground, and flight test programs including staffing, planning, execution, reporting, risk mitigation, schedule and resource coordination across multiple sites, supporting System Integration Lab activities and aircraft test modifications. Provide program leadership, ensure test objectives are met, and support extended shifts and travel as required.

Lead logistics engineering across concept, development, test, production and sustainment. Perform LORA, life-cycle cost analyses, maintenance concept development, logistics supportability analyses, technical data creation, and provide logistics engineering support to IPTs and customers.
