Track schedule performance, resolve shop-floor constraints, coordinate with procurement/quality/engineering, perform SAP/MES reconciliation, generate status reports (LOB, WIP dashboards), lead constraint-resolution meetings, and serve as Make Integrator for offsite processing and paint shop.

Prepare material estimates and pricing for government contract proposals, collaborate with technical, supply chain, and program teams, ensure FAR/DFAR and TINA compliance, develop BOMs and CERs, support audits, negotiations, and pricing analyses to inform business decisions.

Support Sentinel Command Systems Hardware Design Integration by designing mechanical/electrical hardware and integrated assemblies to meet requirements and support critical design review. Perform CAD modeling (Siemens NX), produce 3D models and product definition packages in Siemens PLM, assist trade studies/AoA, work with multidisciplinary teams, and document/releases designs via PLM tools.

Manage tooling organization as a Control Account Manager (CAM), leading staff to meet cost, schedule, and technical objectives. Develop BOEs, track budgets and EVM metrics, manage supplier and purchase order coordination, identify and mitigate risks, and present financial and program briefings to leadership and customers.
