Administers government and aerospace contracts throughout proposal preparation, negotiation, execution, and fulfillment. Monitors contractual obligations, coordinates proposals, manages changes, reviews terms and risks, recommends mitigation strategies, maintains contract records, and supports customer relationships. Leads engineering execution for safety-critical airborne navigation systems across the full program lifecycle. Owns engineering cost, schedule, scope, staffing, earned value, estimates, risk mitigation, and technical execution across multidisciplinary hardware, software, firmware, systems, test, manufacturing, and supply chain teams. Ensures compliance with aerospace and defense standards, manages major technical reviews, supports proposals, and drives recovery plans for at-risk efforts.

Serve as ASC 842 lease accounting SME, research non-routine lease transactions, prepare monthly/quarterly SEC reporting data, post journal entries in SAP and HFM, support SOX compliance and audits, liaise with auditors, prepare incentive schedules, support ad hoc projects and leadership presentations, and coordinate process improvements across the sector.
