Support extended work weeks and onsite test execution.

Define subsystem requirements and avionics hardware architectures for flight-critical systems. Develop and manage components/interfaces for flight control, navigation, power, and sensors. Lead hardware/software integration, modeling, verification/validation, testing, supplier coordination, and cross-discipline anomaly resolution. Support system-level trade studies and technical planning.

Integrate and test mission autonomy software across simulation, SIL/HIL, and Talon IQ. Define system-level test strategies, develop automated test frameworks and CI/CD pipelines, oversee scenario testing and flight test campaigns, drive root-cause analysis, and report system maturity, risk, and deployment readiness.
