Lead availability, reliability, and timeliness engineering for space systems: perform reliability predictions, failure rate estimation, FMEA facilitation, availability modeling, RBD creation, support design reviews and failure investigations, and track technical performance metrics.

Develop, implement, verify, and test guidance, navigation, and control (GNC) algorithms and autopilot functions for manned and unmanned fixed-wing air vehicles. Build linear and non-linear dynamic models, run hardware-in-the-loop and flight-test analyses, perform handling-qualities and performance analysis, and support design reviews (PDR/CDR) and flight test activities.

Support design for producibility and system integration; work onsite and maintain required security clearance.

Lead and direct systems engineering across the SDS Division by establishing common processes, tools, MBSE and digital engineering practices, training, audits, and technical review authority; manage engineering tools, staffing, budgets, and competency development; coordinate with programs, HR, sector leaders, industry and academia; support rotation programs, STEM/university engagement, and digital engineering transformation.

Lead system engineering activities for the Sentinel (ICBM) program including MBSE, requirements development and decomposition, trade studies, verification planning, coordination with segment teams, technical baseline management, and preparing deliverables across design, integration, and validation to support program milestones.

Serve as technical authority for system engineering milestones (SRR, PDR, CDR). Lead requirements lifecycle, configuration management, change integration, cybersecurity, EMI/EMC, system integration, and test planning/execution for hardware and software. Produce program documentation and briefings, coordinate customer technical exchanges, adjudicate anomalies, and manage the program technical baseline and reviews.

Support supply chain planning by defining material strategy, assessing supply resources, aggregating demand, planning inventory and production using MRP/ERP tools, managing BOMs and rough-cut capacity, participating in make/buy and long-term capacity planning, creating requisitions, and analyzing lead times to identify critical procurements.

Design and analyze analog circuits and power supplies from system requirements through detailed design, simulation, testing, verification, and transition to production. Perform circuit modeling, signal integrity, electrical stress and worst-case analyses, troubleshooting, and collaborate across disciplines to resolve technical issues.

Lead systems engineering across multiple defense R&D programs: define and verify requirements, drive architecture and design reviews (SRR/PDR/CDR), manage integration, testing, configuration and anomaly resolution, mentor teams, represent the program to customers, and champion process improvements across systems engineering disciplines.
