Develop, implement, and verify guidance, navigation, and control (GNC) algorithms and simulations for manned and unmanned fixed-wing air vehicles. Create control laws, build linear and non-linear dynamic models, run hardware-in-the-loop and flight-test analysis, and support design reviews and autonomy logic for inner/outer loop control and autopilot functions.

Design, model, and integrate optical components and lenses for survivability systems. Develop long-range strategic and annual operating plans, support SOX compliance, prepare leadership presentations, interface with business teams, and maintain financial planning systems.

Lead the Full Stack Software discipline by defining technical vision, governing tools/processes/training, building a community of practice, enabling sector-wide engineering toolchains, resolving technical shortfalls, embedding lessons learned, and improving software engineering KPIs and interoperability across multiple Aeronautics sites. This is a strategic leadership role focused on governance and enablement rather than day-to-day coding.

Develop and prototype classical and AI/ML-based signal and image processing algorithms, refine algorithms on program data, collaborate with software engineers for implementation, design test suites, and present technical results to stakeholders.
