Support program cost and schedule control using Earned Value Management (EVMS). Maintain cost/schedule baselines, prepare spend plans and EACs, produce financial CDRLs and reports, assist CAMs with WBS/time-phasing, reconcile actuals, manage budget changes, and produce analyses and recovery plans to keep contracts within agreed parameters.

Lead development, design, and integration of aircraft landing gear systems, including 3D modeling, trade studies, requirements/specifications, supplier coordination, and multidisciplinary technical guidance across design phases.

Develop, test, and debug navigation software (INS/GPS) using MATLAB/Simulink, C, and Python. Perform software/system integration on hardware, apply model-based engineering and agile practices, define requirements, and support verification for mission-critical embedded navigation systems.

Lead program cost and schedule control activities: develop EACs, perform monthly financial forecasting and reporting, analyze variances, support COBRA/MPM portfolio setup and brief leadership on financial performance to ensure projects stay within budget and government cost guidelines.

Lead operations analysis, modeling and simulation (ModSim) efforts to support trade studies, mission effectiveness, and requirements. Develop physics-based RF algorithms, analytical models, and scripts (MATLAB/Python/C++/Java). Analyze Monte Carlo and sensitivity studies, visualize results, document findings, and present to technical and leadership stakeholders while supporting SAP and Top Secret environments.

Support contract lifecycle including proposal preparation, negotiation, administration, close-out, and customer interface. Review terms, manage deliverables and invoices, maintain contract data systems, and handle classified and unclassified workloads to ensure compliance with company, legal, and customer requirements.

Design, develop, test, and integrate navigation software focused on INS/GPS Kalman filters and sensor fusion. Use MATLAB/Simulink, C, and Python in an Agile, model-based environment; perform hardware-in-the-loop integration, define software requirements, and support verification of safety-critical avionics systems. Must be U.S. citizen and able to obtain Secret clearance; on-site in Woodland Hills, CA.
