Drive supplier quality by performing audits, FAIR/first-article inspections, capacity assessments, and root-cause investigations. Manage SCARs and corrective actions, support program reviews, maintain approved supplier lists, liaise with field SQEs, and travel to suppliers to ensure conformance to AS9100/ISO requirements and aerospace/defense standards.

Lead systems engineering for hardware-software programs: develop and maintain requirements baselines, architect solutions, run design and CDR activities, manage configuration and verification (HIL/SIL), author CDR artifacts, mentor engineers, and drive transition to production while coordinating cross-functional teams and suppliers.

Support program managers and CAMs by setting up and maintaining cost control systems, monitoring costs and schedules, preparing financial and EVM reports, supporting audits and negotiations, performing WBS and budget baseline work, cost risk analysis, and estimates to complete for engineering contract control accounts.

Develop and maintain MBSE models, profiles, and architecture frameworks; integrate requirements across disciplines; perform model configuration management; support Agile/DevSecOps teams; provide analysis-driven recommendations and presentations to technical leads and customers.

Lead airworthiness planning and verification for complex air vehicle platforms, developing airworthiness plans, bases of certification, means of compliance, and managing Type Design Data and certification evidence. Coordinate across engineering disciplines, perform functional analyses and requirements allocation, support flight releases, type certification, continued airworthiness and airspace integration, and liaise with airworthiness authorities throughout the product lifecycle.

Design and verify digital systems for space applications: develop RTL (VHDL/Verilog), ASIC/FPGA architecture, run simulation/emulation, synthesis, timing analysis, equivalence checks, and create verification plans and testbenches (SystemVerilog/UVM). Perform lab integration, trace requirements, and review/audit test procedures. Position may require government security clearance and is contingent on program funding.

Lead development and verification of system- and segment-level requirements and use cases. Implement requirements verification methodology and traceability, define interfaces and integration plans, perform formal system-level integration and testing of complex software/hardware subsystems, evaluate and disposition anomalies, support flight test and fielded assets, and brief stakeholders across IPTs.
