Leads a 10–20-person software engineering team through the full SDLC in an Agile environment. Manages work-package planning, product delivery, contractual cost and schedule requirements, Agile metrics, EVMS reporting, risks, and mission objectives. Design and integrate advanced air vehicle concepts using parametric CAD models, configuration studies, and multidisciplinary optimization. Support conceptual sizing, air vehicle integration, surface design, and trade studies across design stages from concept through manufacturing and flight test. Collaborate with aerodynamics, propulsion, structures, CFD, performance, and mass properties teams. The role may be filled at the Aeronautical Engineer or Principal Aeronautical Engineer level.

Owns technical integrity, performance, readiness, and improvement initiatives for propulsion subsystems. Performs thermal, structural, life, tolerance, failure-mode, and fluid-system analyses; supports trade studies, design changes, testing, certification, and verification.
