Design, simulate, and verify RF boards and modules for space systems. Perform RF circuit and EM simulations, develop RF chain architectures and link budgets, drive PCB/module layout, support lab integration and test, troubleshoot performance, and produce technical documentation and design reviews.

Lead end-to-end RF hardware development for space-qualified and ground-based systems. Own requirements derivation, RF/microwave circuit design, EM modeling, PCB layout, component selection, prototyping, and environmental qualification testing. Develop and execute Material Program Plans, support EAC/ETC and budget goals, mitigate material risks, coordinate with Subcontracts/Purchasing and Program Office, support EVMS cost accounting, and represent Supply Chain in customer and internal boards.

Lead RF and mixed-signal CMOS IC design for space payloads, owning architecture, transistor-level design, simulation/verification, layout guidance, pre/post-layout analyses, silicon bring-up, lab characterization, production test strategies, and technical leadership across cross-functional teams.

Develop and sustain mission-operational software product lines and new capabilities across multiple subsystems. Write advanced object-oriented C++ code on Red Hat Enterprise Linux, participate on Agile teams, use DevSecOps and test automation practices, and collaborate with stakeholders to solve complex national-security engineering problems. Position requires travel for training and maintenance of required security clearances.

Design, develop, and sustain mission-critical software product lines and new capabilities within a multi-subsystem team. Work in Linux/C++ environments, support DevSecOps test automation, participate in Agile teams, and travel for required training and program access. Lead program cost reporting and analysis for naval nuclear programs. Prepare budgets, baselines, EVM/WBS artifacts, forecasts, variance and cash analyses, and funding requests. Provide forecasting, cost risk assessment, and Earned Value metric development.
