Manages aerospace and defense projects across planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Responsibilities include schedule, cost, resource, risk, earned value, control account, and variance management; stakeholder liaison; reporting; issue resolution; and project-performance intervention. Requires coordinating multiple projects, maintaining project schedules, managing SOW and SDRL packages, and supporting compliance with Northrop Grumman standards. Responsibilities include federal contracting research, subpoena and service-of-process coordination, legal document review, ethics and conflict reviews, correspondence, legal database maintenance, attorney training support, ePROCS reviews, and cross-functional projects. The role requires strong organization, discretion, communication, independent judgment, and familiarity with corporate entity documentation.

Supports integration and testing of the Forward Area Air Defense system in an on-site role. Develops and executes software test threads, analyzes interface and functionality issues, documents problems and improvements, supports government witnessing, prepares technical presentations, and verifies system integration with sensors, weapons, and Army tactical interfaces. Requires collaboration with software teams and travel up to 25%.

Develop mission autonomy software in C++ for unmanned aircraft and integration with an autonomous flight testbed. Onboard partner autonomy code, deploy containerized software (OCI), and collaborate with software, systems, cloud, and DevOps teams in an Agile environment. Support testing, code reviews, and lifecycle engineering while meeting government clearance requirements.

Designs and analyzes aerospace structural subsystems using metal and composite materials. Performs stress, durability, damage tolerance, aeroelasticity, thermal, vibration, and simulation analyses; develops specifications, drawings, BOMs, and verification documentation. Supports subsystem integration, testing, troubleshooting, configuration management, design reviews, risk assessments, and corrective actions. Requires active Secret clearance and eligibility for SAP access.

Manages financial planning, reporting, forecasting, program financials, cost analysis, working capital analysis, SOX compliance, audits, proposal support, and financial performance initiatives. Presents financial information to program and division leadership and collaborates with geographically distributed business, program, and sector teams. The role is onsite in Redondo Beach and requires an active DoD Secret or Top Secret clearance.

Develops and executes system-level integration and test procedures for ground systems in factory and site environments. Plans dry-runs and run-for-record tests, presents Test Readiness Reviews and Test Review Boards, analyzes test data, performs root-cause analysis, and resolves discrepancies. Supports hardware, software, and network integration; authors technical documentation and change-control artifacts; participates in site installation and verification; and collaborates with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
