The HR & Site Operations Specialist will support HR processes, maintain employee records, assist with payroll and onboarding, and coordinate site activities, developing into broader HR responsibilities.

Manage material and production planning to optimize inventory and on-time delivery. Maintain master data in SAP, monitor KPIs (OTIF, DIO, SLOB), support new product launches, coordinate across operations, logistics, and regional planners, and respond to plan changes while quantifying impacts.
