Own the strategy, roadmap, packaging, and go-to-market evolution of Pluralsight’s AI, Cloud, and Security learning solutions. Design blended learning programs, define expert perspectives, identify content and lab components, monitor market needs, and use customer and learner data to improve outcomes. Partner with Product, Sales, Marketing, Curriculum, Engineering, and Services teams, support strategic enterprise deals, manage solution benchmarks, and drive adoption, renewals, and revenue growth.

Leads the marketing operations function, team, martech roadmap, lead management, CRM integrations, data architecture, campaign attribution, reporting infrastructure, and vendor governance. Partners with Revenue Operations, Analytics, IT, and Finance to maintain reliable GTM data flows, improve data quality, and support scalable revenue growth. Lead the architectural direction, component and token systems, governance, documentation, accessibility infrastructure, and roadmap for Pluralsight’s Pando design system. Partner with engineering to align tooling and workflows, use adoption and quality metrics to guide investment, and mentor designers and engineers across the organization. The role requires enterprise-scale design systems expertise, front-end knowledge, WCAG experience, and the ability to build data-backed prioritization cases.

Drive new business and expand existing enterprise accounts by managing full sales cycles, developing territory and account plans, researching customer priorities, applying Pluralsight's sales framework, partnering cross-functionally, and closing complex, multi-stakeholder SaaS deals. Travel to customer sites as needed to advance partnerships and revenue.

Partner with Enterprise sales to design and run account-based marketing programs: customer webinars, field events, gifting/direct mail, vendor management, and measurement. Track attendance, engagement, pipeline influence, and optimize campaigns to support pipeline and close business.

Lead end-to-end product marketing for enterprise SaaS: define positioning, own go-to-market launches, create messaging and sales enablement, drive adoption/expansion, gather competitive intelligence, and partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to measure and iterate on business impact.

Lead global paid media, demand generation, and email lifecycle programs. Own strategy, execution, agency relationships, budget forecasting, and measurement across B2B, B2C, ABM, and brand. Build and coach a high-performing team, establish operational and financial rigor, and drive measurable pipeline, revenue, retention, and customer expansion through integrated digital campaigns and lifecycle marketing.
