Supervise and mentor the Help Desk/Managed Services team for I-9 and E-Verify compliance. Manage escalated complex I-9 cases, liaise with clients and internal stakeholders, oversee case status in ServiceNow, ensure regulatory compliance, reporting, intake/troubleshooting, and continual process improvements for the WorkRight US I-9 product.

Lead digital adoption and change management strategies to prepare users for new technology. Plan launches, create communications and training, build adoption assets, gather user feedback, measure adoption metrics, and partner across teams to improve user experience and maximize business value.
