Designs, builds, and operates reusable enterprise AI platform services, backend APIs, model-serving capabilities, agent runtimes, retrieval services, and MLOps infrastructure. The role is fully onsite and requires an active Secret clearance, U.S. citizenship, and a Security+ or equivalent certification within six months if not already held.

Oversee cybersecurity compliance, assessments, and operations for classified information systems. Conduct recurring reviews, approve configuration changes, implement security processes and tools, maintain cybersecurity documentation, and mentor ISSOs. Provide technical guidance across programs and represent cybersecurity teams to external stakeholders. The role requires onsite work in El Segundo and intermittent travel to other Raytheon locations.

Leads financial and business management for an aerospace and defense contract, including earned value reporting, baseline planning, EACs, forecasting, risk and opportunity analysis, SRO, AOP, and strategic planning. Supports proposals, cost volumes, manpower planning, and contract negotiations. Manages 1–2 analysts, develops future leaders, and communicates financial results to customers, executives, functional leaders, and program managers.

Supports the Business Manager with financial oversight for an aerospace and defense program. Responsibilities include earned value reporting, baseline planning, estimates at completion, risk and opportunity analysis, forecasting, short-range outlooks, annual operating plans, and strategic planning. The analyst also supports customer and executive meetings, proposal development, cost estimates, manpower planning, and contract negotiations. This is an individual contributor role with no employee management responsibilities.
