Build and manage a geographic sales territory through primarily in-person prospecting with law firms. Develop relationships with legal staff and decision-makers, sell Filevine’s deposition and AI-powered products, manage outbound activity, maintain Salesforce records, forecast opportunities, and support initial customer enablement and adoption. The role requires frequent field work, local industry networking, collaboration with internal teams, and independent pipeline generation.

Administer and optimize the Filevine legal technology platform for law firm clients. Advise on configurations and workflows, troubleshoot technical issues, lead feature rollouts, manage onboarding and offboarding, audit business processes, train users, document procedures, and drive platform adoption. The role requires legal operations knowledge, SaaS integration experience, project leadership, bilingual English-Spanish proficiency, and availability in the Los Angeles area.

Lead observability and incident management efforts: define SLIs/SLOs, build monitoring/alerting, dashboards, logging, and tracing. Drive incident response, postmortems, and reliability improvements to reduce MTTD/MTTR. Integrate observability into CI/CD, maintain AWS and Kubernetes infrastructure, automate operations, and mentor engineers on SRE best practices.

Design and improve observability (monitoring, logging, tracing, SLIs/SLOs), build automation and CI/CD, lead incident response and reliability improvements, mentor SREs, run on-call, and apply AI/ML to operational signals to forecast and reduce risks.

Own and re-architect Filevine’s end-to-end CI/CD systems across .NET, Python, and Svelte. Build internal developer tooling, improve testing and feedback cycles, enhance local development and onboarding, instrument DORA delivery metrics, and introduce AI-assisted development practices. The role includes infrastructure-as-code, containerization, mentorship, cross-team process improvement, and on-call ownership for delivered systems.

Support customers throughout their lifecycle by driving adoption, retention, and satisfaction. Monitor customer health and usage metrics, prepare business reviews and enterprise reporting, surface feedback, support sales and implementation handoffs, assist with expansion and advocacy, and create customer education and enablement resources. The role requires cross-functional collaboration and occasional customer travel.

Lead end-to-end product design for Filevine’s legal work platform, including research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and specifications. Maintain the design system, create accessible user-centered experiences for complex workflows, collaborate with product and engineering teams, mentor junior designers, and use user feedback and product metrics to improve experiences.

Develop product messaging, positioning, collateral, presentations, blogs, launch materials, competitive battlecards, and sales enablement resources for Filevine’s AI-powered legal SaaS platform. Translate complex AI, LLM, and software architecture concepts into compelling customer-facing content. Partner with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering on go-to-market execution, use-case activation, analyst relations, and win/loss analysis.

Architect and build high-throughput backend systems for Filevine’s legal technology platform using .NET, DDD, event sourcing, MartenDB, Wolverine, and PostgreSQL. Own features end to end, including domain modeling, APIs, testing, observability, CI/CD, and production monitoring. Mentor engineers, optimize system resilience and performance, and collaborate with product, UX, and legal experts to translate complex workflows into scalable software.

The Quality Assurance Analyst II will analyze requirements, create test cases and plans, execute manual and exploratory testing, troubleshoot and reproduce defects, document bug reports, verify fixes, and prioritize test execution. The role also collaborates with QA engineers to expand automated test coverage based on business priorities and risks. Strong communication, analytical problem-solving, attention to detail, and familiarity with test management and bug-tracking tools are required.
