Lead end-to-end delivery of LOIS by owning the master program plan, coordinating cross-functional teams (engineering, product, design, ML, data, SRE, operations), resolving blockers and dependencies, establishing lightweight delivery infrastructure and tooling, partnering on release planning, and maintaining transparent status, risks, and accountability to deliver complex features to customers.

Lead automation and optimization of Filevine's data platform: performance tune MSSQL/Postgres, optimize Snowflake, provision infrastructure with Terraform/AWS, run stateful containers on Kubernetes, integrate AI/LLM and MCP for operational automation, manage CI/CD, capacity planning, documentation, and serve in 24/7 on-call rotation.

Lead Filevine's content strategy and editorial voice across blog, thought leadership, case studies, research, email, social, and sales enablement. Manage staff writers and freelancers, set quality standards and workflows, integrate AI tools responsibly, optimize for SEO/AEO/GEO, track content performance linked to pipeline, and collaborate with Product, Demand Gen, and Sales to drive measurable business outcomes.

The Art Director will shape Filevine's brand identity across channels, creating visual assets for marketing campaigns and collaborating with teams to ensure brand consistency in a fast-paced environment.

Design and implement durable, fault-tolerant AI orchestration and backend systems using Temporal and agentic ReAct patterns. Deliver features end-to-end with testing, CI/CD, monitoring, and observability; mentor engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate legal workflows into reliable AI-powered features.
