Lead sales enablement for Starlink Enterprise: design onboarding and continuous training, develop sales assets and certifications, run workshops, define success metrics, embed tools/AI and optimize programs to improve ramp time, win rates, and quota attainment while partnering with Sales, Product, Channel, and Marketing.
