Lead strategic sourcing for Starship Raptor hardware (forgings, complex machined parts). Develop supplier base, negotiate costs, manage NPI and production cut-ins, ensure inventory and vendor performance, and collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and stakeholders to meet production and cost targets.

Own Starship mechanical hardware commodity (fasteners, dynamic hardware, fluid fittings) from supplier selection through high-rate production. Qualify suppliers, lead NPI and work transfers, perform PPAP/FAIR and capability studies, contain and disposition nonconforming hardware, drive root-cause and corrective actions, improve designs and processes for manufacturability, and assess/grow supplier capability to meet aerospace quality and cadence.

Lead supplier technical support and new product introduction for rocket electronics (PCBs/PCBAs). Manage supplier qualification, root-cause failure analysis, manufacturing ramp, quality systems, and cross-functional improvements to reduce defects, improve manufacturability, and mitigate schedule risk.

Lead development and execution of dangerous goods policies and controls for air, ocean, and ground transport. Ensure compliance with IATA, 49 CFR, IMDG and international regulations, conduct audits, enable scalable transportation models, advise on lithium battery shipments, partner with regulators and senior leadership, and support new business and continuous improvement.
