Design, qualify, and deliver Starship Flight Termination System hardware and explosive devices. Lead hardware development from concept through production, validate reliability via rigorous environmental and live-fire testing, produce drawings/specs/analyses, partner with manufacturing and supply chain to scale production, drive root-cause investigations and corrective actions, and serve as chief engineer interfacing with stage, avionics, and flight safety teams.

Lead and support security audits and product certification efforts. Partner with engineers to collect and validate technical evidence, perform technical security and risk assessments, identify and drive remediation of control gaps, maintain compliance documentation, improve audit efficiency, support third-party risk management, and mentor teammates.

Manage PCBA processes and supplier continuity for the Starshield satellite program. Source and qualify electronic suppliers, define technical flow-downs, implement PPAP, develop process controls, analyze supplier quality/delivery metrics, drive corrective actions and supplier improvements to meet production rate, cost, quality, and schedule targets.

Perform and document static, thermal, dynamic, and fatigue/fracture analyses for Raptor chamber and nozzle using FEA and first principles. Define assembly requirements, collaborate with design, hardware, and test teams to anchor models, drive design improvements, and mentor junior engineers while meeting tight schedules.

Develop, train, and deploy AI surrogate models to enhance engineering simulations for aerospace applications while collaborating with engineers to tackle complex challenges.

Lead strategic sourcing for Starship Raptor hardware (forgings, complex machined parts). Develop supplier base, negotiate costs, manage NPI and production cut-ins, ensure inventory and vendor performance, and collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and stakeholders to meet production and cost targets.

Improve go-to-market data quality and build integrations and AI agents for Starlink Enterprise. Implement validation, enrichment, MCP servers, APIs/webhooks, monitoring, and automations to accelerate lead-to-revenue and reduce manual work.

Receive and verify incoming materials, document non-conformances, transact receipts in ERP, create routing labels, operate forklifts and scanners, coordinate with carriers and internal teams, maintain records, and manage inventory location accuracy.

Responsible for developing and enforcing manufacturing, assembly, welding, NDE, inspection, and tooling processes for valves and aerospace components. Identify reliability gaps, partner with design and manufacturing, monitor production ramp-up, investigate failures, implement corrective actions, and document inspection and quality procedures while working hands-on in office, factory, and lab environments.
