Own demand planning and strategic sourcing for PCBA and electrical components supporting Starshield satellite production. Manage supplier RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, sourcing decisions, cost models, budgets, supplier performance, prototype readiness, production ramp-up, and process improvements. Produces manufacturing files, performs DRC/ERC and design audits, supports prototype bring-up, and improves manufacturability and yield. Maintains PCB libraries and collaborates with hardware, mechanical, thermal, RF, test, manufacturing, and vendor teams. Develops automation tools to improve PCB design efficiency.
