Leads the creative development and execution of visual design projects across print, digital, webcast, and experiential media. Partners with communications, content, creative, and product design teams; develops concepts, storyboards, illustrations, iconography, motion graphics, and branded assets; maintains visual standards; and manages projects through production. Responsibilities include architecture, design, code reviews, prototyping, experiments, and collaboration across engineering disciplines. Candidates need STEM education, software development experience, and familiarity with networking or distributed systems. The role may require extended hours and weekends.

Develop manufacturing processes, tooling, automation, assembly, testing, and production procedures for Starship mechanisms. Transition hardware from development to production, review CAD designs, integrate vehicle subsystems, optimize factory flow, eliminate bottlenecks, and execute test procedures. Design, build, and maintain reliable full-stack applications across SpaceX. Own product development from prototype to production, collaborate on architecture and code reviews, diagnose user problems, and ensure testing, CI/CD, deployment, monitoring, and performance optimization.

Manages a portfolio of state and local government customers from contract signature through onboarding, retention, and growth. Serves as the primary customer contact, resolves issues, communicates requirements and risks, champions customer feedback, and identifies expansion opportunities. Leads complex cross-functional projects, improves processes and systems, supports contract execution and renegotiation, and provides expertise on government-sector strategy and telecommunications solutions.

Manage enterprise Starlink accounts from contract signature through onboarding, activation, retention, and revenue growth. Serve as the primary customer contact, resolve issues, gather feedback, improve processes, coordinate cross-functional implementation, and ensure contract requirements and revenue milestones are met. The role supports specialized customer solutions across industries such as trucking, maritime, telecommunications, and oil and gas, while requiring occasional travel and extended-hours availability.
