Sell and promote trench safety equipment to construction and industrial customers within a geographic territory. Build and maintain customer relationships, provide product demonstrations and training (including Competent Person and Confined Space), prepare sales plans, collaborate with rental teams, install equipment as needed, and manage pipeline using Salesforce/CRM. Meet revenue targets through base salary plus commission.

Serve as primary customer contact at the branch: quote, sell, and fulfill equipment rentals and services; establish accounts; dispatch deliveries; generate and pass leads; retain dormant accounts; maintain showroom; provide exceptional customer service and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

The Outside Sales Rep will maximize revenue through customer relationships, conduct safety training classes, and use CRM tools for opportunity development.
