Lead discovery, scoping, implementation roadmap design, effort and cost estimation, proposals, statements of work, deal negotiation, and deployment risk coordination. Partner with account teams, pre-sales, implementation partners, Global Services, and Customer Experience to support subscription sales, services adoption, successful implementations, and long-term customer value.

Architect and co-innovate agentic AI solutions with strategic System Integrators and Frontier AI Model Providers. Lead pilot-to-production prototypes, design secure, production-ready AI agents and integrations across multi-cloud environments, advise CXOs on measurable AI outcomes, ensure compliance and data governance, and feed partner/customer insights back into product roadmaps. Travel up to 40%.
