Lead end-to-end onboarding for PEO clients: build implementation plans for payroll, benefits, tax registrations and HR compliance; manage timelines, parallel payroll reconciliations, platform adoption, cross-functional handoffs, and continuous improvements to implementation tooling and documentation.

Manage workers' compensation programs for US PEO clients by liaising with carriers and state agencies, supporting renewals and premium management, ensuring compliance and reporting across states, and improving client experience through collaboration with product and client service teams. Maintain policy documentation, coordinate carrier performance reviews, and support claims navigation and resolution.

Lead the Deal Desk as a senior individual contributor: manage escalations, enforce pricing and approval compliance, build playbooks, automate workflows, and drive process and tooling improvements. Partner with Sales, Legal, and Finance to resolve complex deals, track performance metrics, and support month-end/quarter-end close activities. Mentor associates and represent the Senior Manager in cross-functional forums.

Own complex, high-value deals end-to-end, build and govern CPQ quotes, manage a high-volume Deal Desk queue, provide commercial guidance on discounts and approvals, collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Legal, enable sales reps, and improve Deal Desk SOPs and month/quarter-end processes.
