Own product marketing for Cyara’s agentic AI assurance portfolio, including positioning, messaging, launches, buyer research, competitive intelligence, sales enablement, technical content, and analyst relations. The role begins as an individual contributor and may grow into team leadership.

Own product marketing for Cyara’s agentic AI assurance platform, including positioning, messaging, launches, competitive intelligence, sales enablement, technical content, and analyst or press briefings. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Demand Generation, and Customer Success to drive enterprise pipeline. The role requires 5+ years of B2B SaaS or AI product marketing experience, successful product launches, strong writing and presentation skills, and experience selling to technical enterprise buyers.

Leads a global portfolio of complex enterprise implementations and Professional Services engagements while managing and coaching Project Managers. Establishes PMO standards, governance, risk and escalation practices, financial reporting, resource planning, and delivery methodologies. Partners with executives, customers, Sales, Customer Success, and technical teams across regions to improve project outcomes, time-to-value, utilization, forecast accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Manage and grow global systems integrator partnerships to drive pipeline, bookings, revenue, and market expansion. Develop alliance strategies, joint business plans, co-selling motions, and go-to-market programs. Build executive relationships, identify opportunities across CX and digital transformation initiatives, coordinate partner and internal teams, and forecast partnership-driven revenue. Represent the company at partner events and track alliance performance metrics.

Provides post-enablement managed services for Cyara customers by supporting platform usage, recurring workflows, configuration, integrations, monitoring, reporting, issue management, SLA commitments, documentation, and adoption. Coordinates with Support, Engineering, Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Professional Services to resolve issues and risks. Identifies process improvements and develops reusable playbooks, templates, knowledge articles, and reporting practices to improve service quality and customer outcomes.

The role involves achieving sales quotas, developing strategic plans, consulting with clients, participating in complex sales processes, and leveraging CRM tools to drive revenue.

As an Account Executive, you will manage the entire sales process aimed at acquiring new business, engaging senior decision-makers, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales planning.
