Lead technical health and readiness of live studio and broadcast environments. Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair IP-based broadcast and production systems; support LED volume/virtual production, camera and media server workflows; coordinate vendor repairs and RMAs; provide on-site technical leadership and event planning to ensure production readiness.

Lead Design operations for a multi-surface streaming product: own capacity planning, intake, resourcing, roadmapping, and delivery accountability. Partner with Product and Engineering to sequence work, negotiate timelines, remove blockers, and scale DesignOps processes and tools to ensure high-quality, realistic delivery across brands.
