Coordinate HR functions including employee relations, onboarding, performance management, training, compliance, recruitment, recordkeeping, separations, and pay activities. Act as HR consultant to site managers, conduct investigations and exit interviews, support talent review and engagement, and complete HR projects and reporting. Some travel required.
