Partner with the Treasury COO to drive strategy, execution enablement, AI adoption, process and controls improvements, stakeholder coordination, and data/dashboard initiatives. Produce leadership materials, track priorities, support budgeting and transformation projects, prototype AI/no-code solutions, and facilitate cross-finance alignment and communications.

Supports Athene’s fixed income investor relations program by coordinating quarterly investor calls, developing executive presentations and financial communications, analyzing investor sentiment and market trends, and partnering with Finance, Treasury, Investments, Capital Markets, Legal, and Communications. The role improves investor engagement processes and workflows through technology and AI-enabled tools while translating complex financial information into clear messaging for institutional investors.
