Drives growth of HPE Networking professional, advanced, and education services by building pipelines, developing customized solutions, managing complex pursuits, supporting proposals and negotiations, and closing outcome-based opportunities. Partners with account teams, architects, customers, and industry experts to understand business needs, position services, support RFPs, forecast accurately, and expand existing accounts through consultative technical selling.

Manages global strategic accounts by developing growth plans, leading executive business reviews, coordinating international sales teams and partners, and delivering complex multi-country solution sales. Owns revenue, margin, forecasting, pipeline, and account performance objectives. Presents complex technical information to customers, partners, and field organizations through in-person and virtual channels.

Develops technical marketing content and end-to-end networking solution guidance for HPE Networking products. Responsibilities include analyzing networking architectures, configuring infrastructure, building and evaluating lab models, supporting product definition, collaborating with product and sales teams, enabling field and partner resources, and presenting technical information through written materials, videos, webinars, and live sessions. Expertise is required across campus switching and routing, WLAN and RF, network security, and SD-WAN.

Lead GTM and sales integration for HPE Aruba Networking by developing data-driven business plans, financial and statistical models, performance metrics, and cross-functional initiatives. Drive market research, identify trends and opportunities, counsel senior leaders, manage complex projects and teams, and recommend strategies to close performance gaps.

Provide pre-sales technical consultation and architecture design for complex networking, security, WAN and data center solutions. Partner with sales and partners to respond to RFPs, deliver demos, proofs-of-concept, trainings, and executive presentations. Influence customer technology strategy, produce implementation specifications, and support deployment and operations of large-scale networks.

Lead and deliver large, high-risk HPC and AI deployments across the Americas. Manage customer relationships, project financials and P&L, cross-functional teams, schedules, legal/commercial issues, and on-site acceptance. Mentor team members and provide performance input while coordinating internal and external resources.

Lead product marketing for HPE OpsRamp observability: define positioning and GTM, create high-conversion content, enable sales, run competitive and market research, drive thought leadership and customer advocacy to grow pipeline and influence product roadmap.

Design and deliver scalable data and analytics solutions supporting the end-to-end sales lifecycle. Integrate SAP, Salesforce, and other enterprise sources into cloud data lakes, modernize BI platforms, ensure data quality and governance, drive automation and process improvements, and provide technical leadership and mentorship to teams while partnering with business and IT stakeholders.

Provide pre-sales technical support and solution design for HPE Networking across datacenter, campus, and branch environments. Develop technical proposals, run proofs-of-concept, position competitive differentiators, collaborate with territory managers and partners, and drive opportunities to closure while maintaining strong customer relationships.
