Support and maintain multi-account AWS and on-prem network infrastructure with emphasis on AWS networking and Palo Alto firewall administration. Monitor performance, respond to incidents and on-call rotations, troubleshoot cloud and network issues, assist with deployments and upgrades, automate processes, and maintain operational documentation while collaborating with development, database, security, and vendor teams.
