Audits specific stop loss claims for MGU and carrier clients. Provides customer service to MGU partners and TPAs while supporting process improvements. Requires claims experience, healthcare repricing knowledge, Excel proficiency, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication.

Implement and support benefits-related software (low-to-moderate complexity) including configuration, testing, QA, troubleshooting, training, and customer communication. Collaborate with account teams, carriers, and vendors, and provide post-implementation support.
