Define product vision and roadmap for enterprise AI readiness within Microsoft Security. Leads end-to-end AI model capacity programs, including demand management, prioritization, allocation, governance, forecasting, and resource optimization. The role coordinates Engineering, Finance, Product, Capacity Planning, Sales, and executive stakeholders; establishes operating processes and governance; develops dashboards and executive reporting; identifies risks and bottlenecks; and drives automation and continuous improvement to scale AI capacity operations and support customer and business outcomes.

Leads technical customer engagements for cloud, AI, infrastructure, and security transformations. Advises customers, conducts solution demonstrations and proof-of-concept sessions, supports complex integrations and deployments, shares technical expertise through mentoring and events, and develops strategic customer success and win plans with account and marketing teams.
