Drives regional sales growth and customer engagement across The Home Depot and other assigned accounts. Builds relationships with customer leadership, supports merchandising and promotional initiatives, monitors business analytics, resolves field execution issues, conducts training, gathers market intelligence, and supports account management. Requires extensive regional travel, retail field visits, presentation skills, data interpretation, and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Serve as a Field Application Engineer: build technical relationships, define customer requirements, recommend NI software/hardware architectures, support pre- and post-sales technical strategy, drive account technical plans, and generate technical demand. Achieve certifications (CLD, CTD) and meet sales-based performance objectives while traveling regionally.

Own and execute regional software growth plans, driving pipeline creation, conversion, adoption, renewals, expansion, and retention. Partner with sales, marketing, product, customer success, channel, and regional teams to align priorities and accelerate performance. Enable sellers and partners with technical messaging and tools, represent customer and field needs, establish operating cadences and metrics, and lead cross-functional initiatives through influence in a global matrixed organization. Travel up to 20%.
