Lead digital transformation strategy and organization design for Space Force and DoW acquisition clients. Oversee program management, process improvement, technology adoption (including AI/ML and cloud), risk and dependency management, and team delivery. Support standing up or transforming organizations and deliver client-facing solutions across strategy, operations, and technology.

Design, train, test, deploy, and maintain deep learning computer vision models focused on sensor fusion and target tracking.
