Own the technical direction, architecture, roadmap, and operational health of Teamfight Tactics’ data ecosystem. Build scalable batch and near-real-time data systems, telemetry, schemas, data models, governance, observability, and reliable sources of truth. Lead cross-functional initiatives, define engineering standards, optimize costs, mentor practitioners, and partner with game, product, insights, and data science teams across feature development and live operations.

Leads Riftbound’s global community strategy, programs, communications, and player-feedback initiatives. Manages and develops community staff, coordinates with product, brand, social, PR, events, organized play, regional teams, agencies, and partners, and oversees engagement across digital platforms, retail, live events, and creator ecosystems. Establishes operating processes, performance measures, escalation plans, and communication standards while representing player needs in product and publishing decisions.

Enhance and administer Riot’s OneStream platform, including solution architecture, configuration, integrations, cube design, metadata management, security modeling, performance tuning, reporting, governance, and upgrades. The role partners with Finance, Game Ops, vendors, and enterprise architects to deliver scalable EPM solutions, manage global financial-system integrations, establish best practices, document technical designs, support change management, and mentor users and junior engineering staff.

Develop and evolve Riot’s Vanguard Anti-Cheat client services across user mode, kernel mode, and obfuscation tooling. Build low-level security features in C/C++ and assembly, reverse engineer evasive cheats, investigate Windows compatibility issues, develop production kernel drivers, and translate emerging threats into scalable detections and preventative controls.

Manage and develop a team of narrative writers and editors for League of Legends. Create and review high-quality story content across in-game voiceover, champions, skins, minigames, and game modes. Support hiring, performance reviews, mentoring, creative processes, craft feedback, localization, and long-term narrative direction while collaborating with product teams and creative leadership.

Manage and mentor a software engineering team developing VALORANT gameplay cosmetics. Own premium content technology across artist workflows, out-of-game experiences, and in-game usage. Establish technical vision, guide feature design and delivery, collaborate with art, design, product, and technology teams, recruit engineers, and improve engineering quality. Support team growth, culture, accountability, and long-term talent development while working directly in the codebase.

Lead the overall creative vision and direction for Teamfight Tactics across PC and mobile. Partner with executive and game leadership, guide creative work from concept through completion, uphold quality and consistency, and align art, audio, narrative, design, production, engineering, and publishing teams. Build and manage creative leadership, oversee hiring and development, foster a player-focused culture, and make franchise-level creative decisions for global audiences.

Manage and develop a team of Visual Designers supporting Teamfight Tactics gameplay UI. Set visual quality standards, provide craft direction and feedback, evolve UI styles and systems, collaborate with UX, art, motion, engineering, and production teams, plan work across multiple streams, support Unreal Engine implementation, and coordinate external art partners.

Provide technical leadership and hands-on development for Teamfight Tactics build services, CI/CD pipelines, test automation, release management, developer tools, and foundational deployment systems. Optimize build performance, monitoring, metrics, and workflows across mobile and desktop environments. Collaborate with gameplay, backend, and core technology teams, drive architectural decisions, maintain engineering standards, support production and internal builds, and mentor engineers.

Leads game revenue accounting, including player life estimates, high-volume transaction reconciliations, revenue recognition, controls, chargebacks, close and audit activities. Partners with engineering, data, payments, legal, finance, and global accounting teams to automate processes, improve revenue systems, manage technical accounting issues, oversee projects, and mentor staff.
