The Data Analyst will analyze player behavior, web and game usage data, and business processes to generate actionable insights. Responsibilities include data exploration and validation, metric development, visualization, statistical analysis, experimentation, stakeholder collaboration, and presenting recommendations that improve user experience and business growth. The role also involves translating data needs into specifications and developing skills in data cloud technologies, data science, storytelling, and AI.

Develop machine learning models, statistical analyses, and automated data science processes to improve player acquisition, retention, monetization, and experience. Extract insights from structured and unstructured data, deploy and monitor production models, communicate findings to stakeholders, collaborate across data and business teams, mentor colleagues, and improve team processes.

Supports the in-house legal team by preparing and reviewing commercial contracts, maintaining legal files and corporate documents, administering contract databases and workflows, updating policies and templates, managing takedown requests, coordinating outside counsel, and conducting legal research and compliance-related tasks.

Provide native-level Simplified Chinese player support for escalated (T2+) tickets, investigate banned accounts with InfoSec, review outsourced tickets, translate and maintain support documentation, coordinate with internal and external partners, report player feedback and issues to Production, and test/request live-ops tool updates to improve player satisfaction.

Lead development and execution of offline marketing, events, and promotional video production to grow MapleStory fandom and partner relationships. Manage agencies and cross-functional teams, oversee merchandise and sponsorship negotiations, and execute B2B and B2C events including trade shows and fan festivals.

Lead data-driven marketing strategies to acquire and engage Asian American gamers. Identify niche platforms and cultural opportunities, run test-and-learn campaigns, optimize performance via A/B testing and KPIs, and translate insights into repeatable go-to-market frameworks while partnering with agencies and cross-functional teams.

Lead product marketing and community strategy across titles, driving go-to-market planning, integrated campaign execution, community programming, and analytics. Mentor a team, align cross-functional stakeholders, translate player feedback into product and marketing decisions, and improve processes and tools to grow player awareness, engagement, acquisition, and retention.

Manage roadmap, milestone schedules, and Jira workflows for Global MapleStory Classic World. Produce status and risk reports, facilitate meetings with internal and external partners, allocate resources, escalate and resolve issues, and maintain team alignment throughout the development lifecycle.
