Converts inbound inquiries into scheduled mental health appointments through consultative sales. Builds trust, assesses prospective clients’ needs, explains service value, overcomes objections, closes enrollments, and recommends alternatives when needed. Maintains sales and quality metrics in a high-volume remote call-center environment while providing empathetic client service and protecting confidentiality.

Manage and grow assigned partnerships and referral relationships. Act as primary contact, analyze performance data, lead meetings and business reviews, resolve partner issues, develop account growth strategies, maintain Salesforce records, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve engagement and referral outcomes.
