Campus intern acts as a liaison between CDW Sales, the university, and technology partners; builds campus relationships, researches technology trends, educates stakeholders, and supports customer-facing initiatives. Sell CDW Security services and products through full sales lifecycle management: strategic account planning, opportunity qualification, relationship building, partnering with services and OEMs, pipeline forecasting, and closing. Mentor junior team members, engage partners and marketing, maintain Salesforce, represent CDW at industry events, and drive revenue, bookings, and gross profit targets.

Lead design and implementation of scalable Databricks Lakehouse solutions using Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, and MLflow. Advise stakeholders, drive cloud data platform modernization across Azure/AWS/GCP, ensure data governance and quality, optimize performance and cost, and mentor teams. Support presales, deliver billable consulting, and champion AI/ML-enabled data solutions to translate platform capabilities into business outcomes.

Lead technical delivery and governance for enterprise ServiceNow implementations, providing architecture, standards, training, risk escalation, stakeholder communication, and client advisory. Drive solution design for CSM and ITSM, mentor engineers, and ensure successful implementation across large-scale engagements.

This role involves delivering cyber security training, creating course materials, and assessing student performance in both in-person and virtual settings.

Provide executive-level ServiceNow architectural leadership across transformation programs: assess business outcomes, design high-level architectures and roadmaps, build trusted advisor relationships, drive sales and billable advisory services, create SOWs and ROI/TTV analyses, mentor teams, and present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders.

Lead advisory engagements to design and govern ServiceNow CMDB/ITOM/CSDM architectures. Assess customer environments, recommend roadmaps, guide CSDM adoption, support sales discovery, mentor consulting teams, and deliver executive-level recommendations to improve data quality, automation, and platform scalability.
