Execute time-sensitive promotional and CRM campaigns during evening/weekend shifts across sportsbook, casino, and racing. Set up promotions, deploy and QA email/push campaigns, triage customer-facing incidents, review copy for compliance, maintain documentation and handoffs, support intake/prioritization, and build familiarity with promotional engines and marketing automation platforms.
