The Senior Label Relations Manager builds and maintains partnerships with music labels to enhance engagement on Twitch, collaborates across teams, and analyzes performance to optimize future initiatives.

Lead the product vision and roadmap for Twitch's interactive, mobile-first commerce products (e.g., Bits). Define 1–2 year strategies, run experiments, own streamer success metrics (engagement, earnings, retention, mobile conversion), and partner with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Research, and Community to deliver monetization and engagement features that grow creators and deepen community connections.

Manage end-to-end financial and reporting obligations for content agreements: review contracts, prepare journal entries and reconciliations, calculate costs and payouts, support month-end close, process payments, build GenAI-driven workflows, drive process improvements, and partner with legal, tax, FP&A and other stakeholders.

Draft and negotiate commercial agreements (software, SaaS, advertising, production, talent, content, marketing).
