Lead U.S. Public Sector marketing and shape global public sector strategy. Lead and mentor an in-house multidisciplinary creative team to raise brand quality and consistency. Set strategic creative direction across campaigns, launches, events, digital, social, and executive communications. Translate complex technical concepts into engaging creative for technical and enterprise audiences. Build scalable creative systems and processes, partner with marketing, product, executives, and agencies, and champion experimentation and AI-powered workflows.

Lead and contribute to Elasticsearch core search and indexing capabilities. Define technical vision for indexing, retrieval, and relevance; research data structures and retrieval algorithms; drive roadmap for large-scale search systems; collaborate with product and cross-functional teams; mentor engineers and implement robust, high-performance search infrastructure.

Lead product strategy and execution for logs within Elastic Observability. Evolve logs analytics and end-to-end log collection/ingest/management, integrate GenAI/agentic workflows, enable automated SLO/SLI tracking, intelligent alerting, and correlation of logs, metrics, and traces. Collaborate with Engineering, UX, Sales, and Marketing, drive go-to-market and feature adoption, and use user feedback and engagement metrics to prioritize product evolution.
