Own Postscript’s technology partner ecosystem from sourcing and evaluation through technical scoping, launch, and growth. Assess partnership opportunities, lead API and data-flow discovery, write business cases and specifications, influence product roadmaps, coordinate co-marketing, enable Sales and Support, resolve technical escalations, and manage partner-influenced pipeline and integration adoption goals. Build operating processes for partner tiering, agreements, reviews, and reporting.

Guide enterprise customers through Postscript onboarding, including SMS list growth, campaigns, automations, troubleshooting, and cross-channel marketing strategy. Ensure strong early customer outcomes, meet onboarding health targets, improve customer journey frameworks, collaborate with sales and product teams, and mentor junior onboarding staff.

Serve as a technical advisor throughout the customer lifecycle, partnering with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering. Lead discovery calls, prepare demos, execute proof-of-concepts, support API integrations, troubleshoot technical issues, and create implementation content. Help ecommerce and Shopify brands expand SMS and email strategies, communicate customer needs to Product, collaborate with integration partners, and develop solutions engineering processes.

Lead and build Postscript's email deliverability function: design IP/domain architecture and warming, enforce authentication standards, monitor reputation and inbox placement, advise customers on remediation and migrations, partner with Product/Engineering to build tooling, and hire/lead a deliverability team while ensuring compliance and industry relationships.

Drive success for high-growth enterprise customers by ensuring they achieve maximum value from Postscript's SMS marketing platform, build relationships, and deliver strategic guidance.
