Creates high-quality graphic and motion design for Unity’s brand, campaigns, product launches, social media, events, and marketing initiatives. Own Unity’s games industry communications strategy, including product launches, partner announcements, executive visibility, media relations, creator activations, and industry events. Build relationships with trade and consumer press, creators, streamers, and podcasters; translate technical news into compelling stories; coordinate integrated PR, social, creator, and community campaigns; and measure communications performance.

Optimize and deploy multi-modal models (transformers, diffusion, VLMs) to run on-device across mobile and desktop. Own export, quantization, kernel tuning, runtime integration, and profiling to meet strict latency, memory, and power budgets. Build packaging, benchmarking, and telemetry; partner with research to productionize models and mentor junior engineers.

Architect and lead development of a greenfield consumer mobile rewards app (iOS/Android). Design app architecture, build gamified UI/UX, integrate with backend event pipelines and ML attribution, manage virtual currencies and on-device ledgers, ensure secure event tracking against fraud, and provide technical leadership, mentoring, and CI/CD standards for a high-frequency release cadence.
