The Director - Strategic Accounts will manage enterprise relationships within Grid Services, focusing on high-voltage infrastructure and strategic sales to major technology customers.

Lead and manage a standardized warehouse training program, supervising Facility Trainers and delivering 1:1 and group training. Ensure SOP compliance, certification, audit and safety readiness. Use KPIs and data to drive performance, cross-training, continuous improvement, and workforce flexibility across receiving, picking, packing, shipping, assembly, and 5S practices.

Drive wireless business growth across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic by identifying and developing new opportunities, managing pipeline and forecasts, retaining and expanding customer relationships, coordinating with partners and internal teams, leading account rollouts and local implementation teams, and delivering financial analysis and cost-savings initiatives.
