Serve as the company’s chief legal advisor, owning SEC reporting, SOX and governance compliance, managing board relations, building scalable legal operations, overseeing equity and employment matters, advising on transactions and crises, and leading legal team and outside counsel strategy.

Lead and execute financial due diligence for small-business acquisitions, build pro forma financial models, perform quality-of-earnings and working capital analysis, collaborate with legal/tax/operations, prepare reports and LOIs, present findings to the investment team, review peers' work, and translate diligence insights into product/technology improvements.

Manage day-to-day general ledger across multiple client entities: record transactions, post journal entries, perform month-end close, process AR/AP and payroll-related entries, reconcile bank accounts, maintain fixed asset and prepaid schedules, review trial balances, and communicate financial information to non-financial clients.
