Manage Iconik, Qumulo, and Frame.io workflows; coordinate international data transfers and backups; troubleshoot user issues; forecast hardware purchases; and document workflows. The role also supports scripting automation, API integrations, video standards, network protocols, and post-production storage environments.

Edit user-generated content to meet editorial standards, provide feedback and coaching to creators, manage Discord community engagement, moderate content and comments, curate high-potential posts, and use traffic and engagement data to guide editorial decisions. Collaborate with audience and editorial teams on creator initiatives, publishing strategy, onboarding, education, and special projects.
