Lead and own accounting and finance for a multi-entity real estate portfolio (40+ entities, ~100 properties). Oversee reporting, close, budgeting, forecasting, KPIs, cash management, SOPs, and AppFolio-based property accounting. Build scalable, automated, AI-assisted workflows, manage and develop staff, coordinate auditors/lenders/investors, and perform hands-on accounting as needed to improve accuracy and decision-quality reporting.
