Full-cycle mid-market Account Executive responsible for outbound pipeline generation, running territory strategy, multi-threaded discovery and demos, managing $25K-$60K deals through a 90–150 day cycle, closing new logos, forecasting accurately, and handing off to implementation while feeding market insights to Product. Lead execution of the product roadmap translating CPO vision into deliverables. Own product workstreams, coach a small PM/design team, drive cross-functional alignment, ground decisions in customer insight and data, and build scalable processes for prioritization, execution, and measurement.

Lead and mentor an engineering team to deliver high-quality SaaS features end-to-end. Drive architecture and technical decisions, manage execution and support escalations, improve CI/CD and observability, track delivery KPIs, and participate in hiring and career development to scale the team in a fast-growing startup environment.
