Leads global procurement strategy and execution for Apple devices and repair parts, managing sourcing channels, supplier performance, supply visibility, savings, financial reconciliation, automation, and exception-based operations. Partners across SCM, Finance, Operations, Technology, Compliance, and client teams to improve availability, reduce risk, resolve supplier issues, and support product launches. Manages teams and supplier governance while ensuring compliance and continuous process improvement.

Manages cross-functional supply chain initiatives from initiation through closure. Responsibilities include analyzing defect and field-performance data, maintaining quality documentation, conducting RCA, 8D, and CAPA activities, supporting supplier qualification and product launches, validating corrective actions, and collaborating with engineering, operations, supply chain, repair, and customer support teams to prevent quality issues and customer-impacting flow-outs.

Owns financial performance, profitability, customer experience, KPI monitoring, and strategic decision-making for assigned supply chain accounts. Leads financial scenario analysis, pricing inputs, forecasting, dashboards, issue resolution, and cross-functional initiatives. Presents findings to leadership, prioritizes improvement work, influences supply chain and finance stakeholders, and manages direct and indirect reports to achieve financial and operational targets.

Lead and support process and quality improvement projects at the UROC depot, including data collection and analysis, repair cost reduction, process development, test method analysis, software/tool support, FMEA and CAPA activities, and cross-functional project execution to improve yield, cycle time, and quality.
