Leads employee engagement, team-member experience, community outreach, giving-back programs, events, and strategic partnerships across Mission Critical construction projects. Builds relationships with nonprofits, schools, community leaders, clients, and project teams while promoting inclusion, wellness, safety, and morale. Tracks participation and program outcomes, supports storytelling with marketing and public relations teams, and represents Ryan Companies at community and industry events. The role requires strong organization, communication, cross-functional collaboration, and frequent travel to project communities.

Support capitalization and disposition of Ryan-owned development projects by leading underwriting, financial modeling (including waterfalls and JV structures), valuation and feasibility analysis. Manage funding and sale processes, work with capital providers and brokers, produce offering materials, provide cap rate guidance, mentor analysts, and coordinate with asset and portfolio management. Occasional overnight travel required.

Oversee Ryan's quality program for data centers by managing quality control processes, conducting inspections, and ensuring project compliance with standards.
