Leads complex, cross-functional business intelligence initiatives from strategy and scoping through delivery. Partners with senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to build scalable data products and actionable insights. Establishes standards for metrics, data modeling, governance, quality, and storytelling; designs data infrastructure using modern tools such as dbt. Drives data literacy, mentors analysts, contributes to analytics roadmaps, and ensures data assets are trusted, discoverable, secure, and fit for executive decision-making.

Own a portfolio of strategic educational SaaS accounts, guiding executive stakeholders through onboarding, adoption, value realization, retention, and expansion. Build trusted relationships, lead business reviews, establish customer Centers of Excellence, track success metrics, mitigate risks, and advocate for customer needs cross-functionally. Provide expert guidance on Jamf solutions, Apple ecosystems, enterprise IT workflows, and deployment strategies.

Own and evolve Jamf's digital, one-to-many customer success strategy. Design AI-powered engagement, define tooling requirements, set adoption and retention metrics, partner with data and cross-functional teams, govern automated communications, and drive roadmap execution to scale customer adoption and retention.

Sell Jamf's Whole Product Experience across a North American territory, generating new business and upsells, developing account plans and executive relationships, forecasting sales, partnering with SEs and channel partners, mentoring inside sales, and using tools like Salesforce, DiscoverOrg, and LinkedIn to drive growth.

Lead Jamf's business continuity and disaster recovery program: develop and maintain DR runbooks, coordinate multi-cloud recovery (AWS/Azure), manage DR exercises and roadmap, ensure audit-ready evidence for compliance, serve as DR operations lead during activations, monitor threats, and provide 24/7 escalation and incident support.

The role involves driving net-new logo acquisition in the public sector, focusing on building relationships, executing territory strategies, and closing high-value contracts with government agencies.
